Café del Mar Ibiza is reopening this season to celebrate its 45th anniversary with a new look, updated sound, and an exciting food menu. This famous venue has long been a symbol of Ibiza’s lifestyle, known for its sunset sessions and chillout music. The brand is now focusing on its Ibizan roots, highlighting post-sunset events and collaborations with local DJs and promoters. 

To mark the occasion, Café del Mar has released the fifth volume of their Chill Out Mix and is planning to launch a special anniversary compilation featuring 30 tracks by notable artists like Frankie Knuckles and Moby. There are more music releases planned, including classic compilations and a new artist series starting with Pig&Dan

This year, the venue will also introduce the Elara. 6 mixer, designed by renowned audio engineer Andy Rigby-Jones, ensuring top-quality sound for an enhanced listening experience. A refreshed food menu is set to launch in June, reflecting Ibiza’s vibrant culture and lifestyle. 

Music Manager Ken Fan expressed excitement about the reopening and the commemorative celebrations, emphasizing the venue’s impact on the Balearic sound and its role in creating lasting memories over the past 45 years. Café del Mar remains a significant cultural hub in Ibiza.
