Multi-platinum Dutch-Moroccan artist R3HAB has released a new single on Spinnin’ Records, which rejuvenates the classic “Right Here, Right Now” vocal from the 1995 film “Strange Days,” popularized by Fatboy Slim in 1999. The track begins with eerie, cinematic sounds and transitions into a high-energy club anthem supported by a powerful bassline and lively synths. A thrilling buildup leads to a dynamic drop designed for festival moments. R3HAB has tested this song at major events like Tomorrowland and believes it honors his roots while creating a fresh anthem for dance floors globally.

I’ve spent a lot of studio time crafting ‘Right Here, Right Now’ for the festival season. After testing it on some of the world’s biggest stages like Tomorrowland, I’m ready to share it. This has been a work in process across countless sets, and the crowd reactions have been incredible. I’m excited to share this version with the world today, and I’ll keep channeling this energy into pushing my productions to new heights.” – R3HAB

R3HAB, whose real name is Fadil El Ghoul, has made a significant impact in dance music over the last fifteen years, remixing hits for artists like Rihanna and Drake. He has released popular tracks such as “All Around The World (La La La)” and “Lullaby,” and collaborated with many notable musicians. His label, CYB3RPVNK, has achieved over 4 billion streams, and he remains a leading figure in dance music, known for his sold-out tours and performances at top festivals worldwide.

Tim Stark

Frankyeffe’s calling it an “EP”, though others might argue it’s closer to a full album. Fresh from his ‘One More Night’ outing […]

There’s been a long tradition of musicians from the north of England honouring their origins through their recordings – one that dates back as far as The Beatles’ penning ‘Penny Lane’. ‘North Country Boy’, ‘Hit The North’, ‘Life In A ‘Northern Town’, ‘The North At Its Heights’, ‘It’s Grim Up North’ – just a few […]
