Kaleena Zanders

Kaleena Zanders revitalizes Paris Hilton and Megan Thee Stallion‘s club anthem “BBA” (Bad Bitch Academy) with a high-energy remix that enhances the original with house beats. Megan Thee Stallion’s powerful lyrics and Paris Hilton’s glamorous image are prominent in this revamped version, making it a dynamic and bass-heavy track.

As a Black queer artist, Zanders embodies the bold and inclusive essence of dance music. Her remix coincides with Pride Month, blending queer excellence with pop culture. The original “BBA,” featured on Hilton’s Infinite Icon album, celebrated self-confidence and femininity with a standout music video.

Kaleena adds; “With my remix of BBA, I wanted the song to match the energy of Paris’ & Megan’s voice. I mean they are absolute pop icons and I tried to think of these two powerful women as if they were in an electronic band that tapped into big bad ass sassy, electric funk pop that you can shake your bum to. It was such a treat to play guitar, sing soulful riffs and vocal harmonies on the track to give it the Kaleena Zanders sauce. I also brought in my good friend and pop writer/producer Liam Benayon to help me conceptualize a drop that was out of this world! Big Love to Paris Hilton and Meg Thee Stallion for bringing me on board to this.”

During Pride Month, Hilton and her nonprofit, 11:11 Media Impact, are supporting Rainbow Railroad, which aids at-risk LGBTQI+ individuals. On May 30, Hilton released “Infinite Icon: The Remixes.” For every TikTok or Instagram video featuring a remix song in June, she will donate $11 to Rainbow Railroad, up to $111,111.

Nas

Nas, Ownership Over Clout, And The Blueprint For Generational Wealth

Shon Murdock

In hip-hop, wealth has often been measured in visible success, diamond chains, foreign cars, and sold-out arenas. But real power has always lived somewhere quieter, in ownership. Few artists have embodied that evolution more strategically than Nas, a lyricist who turned street poetry into boardroom leverage and transformed rap earnings into generational equity. From the […]

Solarstone And Susie Ledge Release New Single-“Haunt Me”

Tim Stark

Bold prediction perhaps, but we’ll say it anyway: “Haunt Me”‘s a one-and-done — the kind of record that locks you in on first listen and plays on loop in the mind, long after the speakers have gone quiet. In that instant catch, there’s a certain irony too, as, for the first time in his career, […]

Christian Burns

Christian Burns Releases Darker Days (Original & Avenue One Mixes)

Tim Stark

From the forward-looking, Jan-hopeful lean of his most recent single “Fall To You,” Christian Burns moves onto the slightly less sanguine sounding “Darker Days.” After all, every lighter yin must result in some shadowy yang, right?? Well not necessarily, as “sounding” is very much the operative word here, as once again Christian delivers the electronic […]

Ciaran McAuley

Ciaran McAuley Announces New Album “Finding Me”

Tim Stark

Ironically perhaps, owes its existence to a period of profound creative doubt on Ciaran McAuley’s behalf. After years of forward momentum, the Irish artist found himself questioning not only his own direction, but his relationship with music itself. At that crossroads, rather than forcing (what now only had the appearance of) progress, he chose to […]
