Ahmed Spins and Ankhoï have released a new single called “Mood,” featuring singer-songwriter Caroline Byrne and guitarist Neyl. This song is designed for dancing and captures a lively and sunny vibe, combining breathy vocals with upbeat melodies and elements of funk and disco. Caroline Byrne has worked with notable artists like Ferreck Dawn and Gorgon City, while Neyl has gained recognition for his guitar work across global events. Ahmed Spins has recently returned to performing after a three-year break and has been active at major festivals. Ankhoï is currently enjoying success with his single “Closer To The Floor.” 

“Mood” was officially released on July 4 through DHB Records. Ahmed and Ankhoï describe it as an anthem they play before their shows to set the right energy. They aim for it to reflect the good vibes of their events and are excited to share it with listeners. 

Ahmed Spins is recognized for his diverse music style, influenced by artists like Flume and Rampa, blending Afro house and deep house. He has played with many esteemed artists and has popular productions that have garnered significant streaming numbers. Outside of music, he runs Deep House Bible, which supports emerging artists globally and hosts events in major cities. 

Ankhoï started his musical journey at a young age, learning traditional percussion before moving on to vinyl and guitar. He has been creating music that challenges trends and is known for original productions and remixes. His creativity and dedication to unique sound experiences make him a prominent figure in the dance music scene. 

Caroline Byrne, from Hoboken, New Jersey, is an R&B and dance artist with over 130 million streams. She has collaborated with various artists and has gained visibility in the music community. Her performance at Coachella 2025 is highlighted as a career milestone. 

Neyl, a guitarist and composer from Morocco, began playing music at a young age and has developed a style that fuses multiple genres. He has performed in various locations and collaborated with notable artists, gaining a reputation for his unique approach to music. Neyl’s performances are featured in sets by renowned DJs, showcasing his innovative sound in the electronic music scene.
