Amy Wiles

Amy Wiles has released her third single of 2025 titled “Dream Away,” featuring singer/songwriter Angel City. Wiles began the year with a sold-out show at Phonox and collaborated with Leena Punks and flownastasia on “Heard It All Before.” Her recent track “Each Other” combines trance music with a 2000s sample, receiving support from UK BBC Radio 1 DJs and SiriusXM.

“Dream Away” showcases upbeat Trance energy with Angel City’s airy vocals. Angel City, known for early 2000s UK Top 10 hits, returned to music in 2023 after a hiatus. Wiles is set to tour in Singapore, Europe, and the US, offering fans opportunities to enjoy her new music live.

“When Lara (Angel City) reached out and mentioned that she was relaunching her project and wanted to work on a track together, I instantly got excited and asked her to send over some ideas,” Amy says.  “Angel City records from back in the day were a big part of my childhood here in the U.K. I used to watch Top Of The Pops every Friday night religiously and often saw UK trance acts performing on there, which drew me to that style of music. The fact that we have a collaboration now, 20+ years later, is wild to me and a real full-circle moment.”

She continues, “Lara sent over 2-3 song ideas and ‘Dream Away’ stood out to me the most. It’s the first time I’ve ever collaborated with various songwriters, and I can honestly say that every single person has contributed their touch to make this track what it is now. I then produced the record to match my own 2000s trance style, and we made it sound much more euphoric and poppy! It’s not like anything I’m currently hearing out there, but I quite like that. It has a nostalgic feel while also bringing something fresh to the table. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it’s crazy to see the response already on TikTok from fans, and I’m excited to finally get it out there!

With Amy Wiles touring across a dozen upcoming shows in Singapore, Europe, and the United States still to come over this summer, fans have several opportunities ahead to experience all this new music in person.

Nas

Nas, Ownership Over Clout, And The Blueprint For Generational Wealth

Shon Murdock

In hip-hop, wealth has often been measured in visible success, diamond chains, foreign cars, and sold-out arenas. But real power has always lived somewhere quieter, in ownership. Few artists have embodied that evolution more strategically than Nas, a lyricist who turned street poetry into boardroom leverage and transformed rap earnings into generational equity. From the […]

Solarstone And Susie Ledge Release New Single-“Haunt Me”

Tim Stark

Bold prediction perhaps, but we’ll say it anyway: “Haunt Me”‘s a one-and-done — the kind of record that locks you in on first listen and plays on loop in the mind, long after the speakers have gone quiet. In that instant catch, there’s a certain irony too, as, for the first time in his career, […]

Christian Burns Releases Darker Days (Original & Avenue One Mixes)

Tim Stark

From the forward-looking, Jan-hopeful lean of his most recent single “Fall To You,” Christian Burns moves onto the slightly less sanguine sounding “Darker Days.” After all, every lighter yin must result in some shadowy yang, right?? Well not necessarily, as “sounding” is very much the operative word here, as once again Christian delivers the electronic […]

Ciaran McAuley Announces New Album “Finding Me”

Tim Stark

Ironically perhaps, owes its existence to a period of profound creative doubt on Ciaran McAuley’s behalf. After years of forward momentum, the Irish artist found himself questioning not only his own direction, but his relationship with music itself. At that crossroads, rather than forcing (what now only had the appearance of) progress, he chose to […]
