British GRAMMY-nominated singer, songwriter, and producer Elderbrook joins forces with German melodic pioneer Jan Blomqvist for their captivating new single “Teardrop,” released on October 10 via Elderbrook‘s imprint Mine Recordings. Known for his timeless hit “Cola” with CamelPhatElderbrook once again showcases his gift for emotive, detail-rich production, this time blending seamlessly with Blomqvist‘s signature cinematic touch. Opening with haunting vocals and a gently undulating bassline, “Teardrop” unfolds into a euphoric yet introspective journey, balancing groove and melancholy in equal measure. Both artists’ reputations for sophisticated sound design and heartfelt lyricism are on full display, creating a record that’s as danceable as it is deeply human. 

Elderbrook is a Grammy and Ivor Novello-nominated multi-instrumentalist, producer, and singer-songwriter known for his emotive, genre-blending sound. Bursting onto the scene with the 2017 global hit “Cola” (with CamelPhat), he has since released three acclaimed albums – “Why Do We Shake in the Cold?” (2020), “Little Love” (2023), and “Another Touch” (2024) – and amassed over 2 billion streams worldwide. Renowned for his dynamic live performances, Elderbrook has toured with the likes of JungleRÜFÜS DU SOL, and ODESZA, and played iconic stages including Coachella‘s Sahara Stage and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. His collaborative work spans artists such as DiploBlack CoffeeVintage Culture, and Bob Moses, cementing his status as a boundary-pushing talent at the forefront of electronic music. 

Jan Blomqvist is a trailblazing live electronic artist, singer, and producer known for his emotive, melodic techno and genre-defining performances. From his roots in Berlin‘s underground scene to global stages like Coachella and Burning Man, he has reshaped electronic music by blending live vocals, instrumentation, and deep, atmospheric soundscapes. With nearly 1,000 shows under his belt and collaborations with the likes of Ben BöhmerOliver Koletzki, and Rodriguez Jr.Blomqvist continues to innovate. In 2024, he launched his own label, Disconnected, as a creative hub for vocal-driven, melodic electronica. After releasing his successful full-length studio album MUTE in 2025, Jan embarked on a sold-out world tour with his live band setup. Jan Blomqvist remains a powerful force in forward-thinking electronic music.
