RayRay returns to Dim Mak with her hard techno antidote “Feeling Better”

With her signature blend of hard techno power and emotional storytelling, RayRay returns to Dim Mak with “Feeling Better” – a storming anthem that channels the chaos of healing into pure dance floor catharsis. Bright piano stabs, glitchy melodic vocals, and a pounding off-beat bassline collide to create a track that’s both ferocious and freeing – the sound of fighting your way through darkness and emerging renewed on the other side. The track stands out not only for its pounding rhythm and driving basslines but also for its use of Mandarin lyrics, a proud nod to RayRay’s Taiwanese roots and her journey from Asia to the global stage.

“‘Feeling Better’ was born out of a storm,” shares RayRay. “It’s about crawling through the noise, fighting through everything that tries to break you, and coming out stronger on the other side. When I was making it, I wanted that heavy kick and industrial energy to feel like a heartbeat that keeps you going, no matter how lost or exhausted you are. I also added Mandarin lyrics because that’s where I come from. It’s my way of showing people who I really am and where my story started. Even though I’ve been traveling the world and playing so many different stages, my roots will always be part of my sound.”

Following her previous release “Running” – a hard techno anthem that captured the rush of escape and freedom through hypnotic synths and relentless basslines – “Feeling Better” continues RayRay’s evolution as both producer and storyteller. Where “Running” embodied the motion of breaking free, “Feeling Better” finds strength in the aftermath, channeling resilience and raw emotion into a track that hits as hard as it heals.

A hard techno stormer that’s both personal and powerful, “Feeling Better” marks another bold step in RayRay’s artistic evolution, a reminder that even in the loudest chaos, there’s beauty in the fight and strength in the sound that keeps us moving.
