Fast-rising talent Inox Traxx releases a second EP on Charlotte de Witte’s RPM by KNTXT label with dynamic 5-tracker “Free,” out March 13th, after last year’s gem “In My Darkness.”

In just a few years, the Berlin-based producer has won tastemaker support releasing her propulsive, crystal-sharp techno and hypnotising dancefloors at KNTXT’s London and Ghent shows, as well as renowned venues and events such as Berghain, Awakenings, Intercell Events, and HÖR sets.

Says Charlotte de Witte“Inox Traxx returns to KNTXT with another uncompromising release. Her pure raw energy, organic groove and hypnotic pulse are designed for the dance floor. This is the sound of forward motion. I’m a huge fan of Alisa and I’m proud to have her returning to the label for another stunning EP.

Inox Traxx on “Free” EP:The tracks were recorded during 2024, a very bright year for me, full of wonderful and life changing moments. I was inspired by life, people and new experiences. This is how the ‘Free’ EP was made. I’m so grateful and happy to be able to express myself freely musically with the KNTXT family.

EP tracks: “Difference” is driven by a pounding drum and fluttering, clattering industrial percussion with Doppler FX. A deep, dark vocal motif alternates with a high, abstract vocal melody in this positive, powerful production. “No Leaving” has fast, resonant beats and hissing percussion, with assertive but soulful echoing vocal strands, compulsively danceable. Title track “Free” combines breaksy beats with an upbeat feel, earthed by growling bass; more of a song, with breathy, high vocals, the whole composition flowing and bubbling like river water. “Artefacts” has pulsing, rattling beats and melodic vocal FX, the wild momentum pierced by a moment of silence, while “Warp” creates a compelling alien soundscape – complex bursts of jerky percussion with slicing, slamming SFX, all redolent of machinery, as chopped, blurred vocals call like radio waves across light years of space.

Inox Traxx “Free” EP drops Thursday, March 13, 2025 on RPM by KNTXT.

Nas

Nas, Ownership Over Clout, And The Blueprint For Generational Wealth

Shon Murdock

In hip-hop, wealth has often been measured in visible success, diamond chains, foreign cars, and sold-out arenas. But real power has always lived somewhere quieter, in ownership. Few artists have embodied that evolution more strategically than Nas, a lyricist who turned street poetry into boardroom leverage and transformed rap earnings into generational equity. From the […]

Solarstone And Susie Ledge Release New Single-“Haunt Me”

Tim Stark

Bold prediction perhaps, but we’ll say it anyway: “Haunt Me”‘s a one-and-done — the kind of record that locks you in on first listen and plays on loop in the mind, long after the speakers have gone quiet. In that instant catch, there’s a certain irony too, as, for the first time in his career, […]

Christian Burns Releases Darker Days (Original & Avenue One Mixes)

Tim Stark

From the forward-looking, Jan-hopeful lean of his most recent single “Fall To You,” Christian Burns moves onto the slightly less sanguine sounding “Darker Days.” After all, every lighter yin must result in some shadowy yang, right?? Well not necessarily, as “sounding” is very much the operative word here, as once again Christian delivers the electronic […]

Ciaran McAuley Announces New Album “Finding Me”

Tim Stark

Ironically perhaps, owes its existence to a period of profound creative doubt on Ciaran McAuley’s behalf. After years of forward momentum, the Irish artist found himself questioning not only his own direction, but his relationship with music itself. At that crossroads, rather than forcing (what now only had the appearance of) progress, he chose to […]
