Thomas Gold

Renowned electronic music heavyweight Thomas Gold takes on one of modern music’s most iconic tracks with his powerful new reimagination of New Order’s “Blue Monday,” out now via Dim Mak

Celebrating the raw energy of the original while infusing a thunderous, festival-scale punch, this vibrant new offering functions as both a tribute and a daring evolution.

“‘Blue Monday’ has always been one of those tracks—raw, iconic, and timeless,” says Gold. “I’ve always dreamed of putting my own spin on it, not to recreate the past, but to fuse its original vibe with the sounds of now. I wanted it to hit hard, feel fresh, and still nod to its roots. When Dim Mak got behind it, that was the green light. I hope DJs will tear it up in their sets, and that people feel the same rush I’ve always felt when this track drops. Super stoked for this one!”

With a booming kick, crisp synths, and a heavy low-end drive, Gold’s remix revitalizes the New Order anthem, placing it firmly within today’s high-impact club and festival circuit.

With over 400 million Spotify streams and performances at Ultra, Coachella, Tomorrowland, and more, Thomas Gold has cemented his status as a global force in electronic music. Known for his dynamic sound and genre-defining remixes—most notably his iconic take on Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain”—Gold has released music on labels including Spinnin’, Armada, Size, and Toolroom, while also running his own imprint, Fanfare Records.

In 2025, he signed with Dim Mak, kicking off the partnership with a series of standout tracks and now returning with a bold rework of the classic “Blue Monday.” Beyond the studio, Gold serves as a mentor to the next generation, offering masterclasses through Dharma and Revealed, and expanding creatively with his live/DJ hybrid project Anaya & Gold—set to tour this fall.

With a relentless drive and evolving vision, Thomas Gold continues to push the boundaries of modern dance music.

Nas, Ownership Over Clout, And The Blueprint For Generational Wealth

Shon Murdock

In hip-hop, wealth has often been measured in visible success, diamond chains, foreign cars, and sold-out arenas. But real power has always lived somewhere quieter, in ownership. Few artists have embodied that evolution more strategically than Nas, a lyricist who turned street poetry into boardroom leverage and transformed rap earnings into generational equity. From the […]

Solarstone And Susie Ledge Release New Single-“Haunt Me”

Tim Stark

Bold prediction perhaps, but we’ll say it anyway: “Haunt Me”‘s a one-and-done — the kind of record that locks you in on first listen and plays on loop in the mind, long after the speakers have gone quiet. In that instant catch, there’s a certain irony too, as, for the first time in his career, […]

Christian Burns Releases Darker Days (Original & Avenue One Mixes)

Tim Stark

From the forward-looking, Jan-hopeful lean of his most recent single “Fall To You,” Christian Burns moves onto the slightly less sanguine sounding “Darker Days.” After all, every lighter yin must result in some shadowy yang, right?? Well not necessarily, as “sounding” is very much the operative word here, as once again Christian delivers the electronic […]

Ciaran McAuley Announces New Album “Finding Me”

Tim Stark

Ironically perhaps, owes its existence to a period of profound creative doubt on Ciaran McAuley’s behalf. After years of forward momentum, the Irish artist found himself questioning not only his own direction, but his relationship with music itself. At that crossroads, rather than forcing (what now only had the appearance of) progress, he chose to […]
