Fisherman – Metamorphosis

Tim Stark

Fusing two generations of artistry along a single conceptual thread, Fisherman (Isaac Vissers) lands his debut album with a project as deeply rooted in family as it is in music. ‘Metamorphosis’ takes inspiration from a series of twelve graphic works created in the early 90s by Isaac’s father, painter Jack Vissers, with the meaning of […]

Solarstone & Orkidea – Slowmotion VII

Tim Stark

For Solarstone, ‘Slowmotion’ was supposed to be just-so-simple … Hop over to Helsinki. Do a track with Orkidea. Fly home … and release it. Here we all are though, running up on twenty years later, and somehow one ‘single’ single has turned into the longest running release chain in electronic music history. While Binary Finary […]

Mark Sixma & Noubya – Like You Do

Tim Stark

Two decades into his ever-evolving career, today Mark Sixma opens a new chapter for it. Through the launch of Karakter Recordings, the Dutch producer’s new imprint arrives with its mission statement already hardcoded in its tag. And that goes twice for its debut release – the bass-rich, tech pressured and flawlessly vocalled ‘Like You Do’. […]

Somna – Pathways

Tim Stark

For an artist long notable for the strong melodic undercurrents that lie at the core of his productions, Somna’s ‘Pathways’ album represents something more ambitious than a simple progression. It is the sound of an artist very definitively redrawing his own creative map. Across a triplet of EPs, released over the last twelve months, he’s stepped […]

LMNT 115, French Montana, & Sofía Reyes Release Crossover Single “Final Minutes”

bs-supera

LMNT 115 hits its biggest crossover moment yet with “Final Minutes” – the first single of 2026 and the most ambitious collaboration of the project to date. The track brings together two heavyweight names from opposite ends of the global music map: multi-platinum artist French Montana, whose diamond-certified “Unforgettable” remains one of the defining hip-hop crossovers of the last […]
