Charlotte de Witte

Crowned world’s #1 Techno DJ sixth year in a row, Charlotte de Witte unleashes her eponymous debut LP, out now on her KNTXT label. Fans already frenzied by three killer singles can fill their ears and minds digitally and on vinyl. The release dropped in the midst of her sold-out, five-show LA takeover, which started on November 5th, with the unique “A Conversation with Charlotte de Witte” at the prestigious GRAMMY Museum.

After almost 15 years propelling the techno scene forward via history-making performances, 25 standout EPs and winning awards, Belgian DJ/producer de Witte started to feel the urge to embrace a format that allowed her to showcase her sonic identity in its entirety. “I’ve always been a clubber at heart. The club is where I discovered freedom, connection, and identity. I wouldn’t be who I am today without those shared moments on the dancefloor. That’s why this album is so deeply rooted in that world. This is a DJ album. It’s not just a collection of tracks but it’s a reflection of who I am, where I come from, and what continues to drive me: the dancefloor.

“In many ways, this is also a selfish album. It was liberating to create something purely for myself, without overthinking crossover appeal or trying to fit into any mold. I followed what felt right, what moved me. And that honesty is what makes this album so special to me. It’s raw. It’s real. It’s emotional. It’s who I am. This album is an invitation into my world. A world built on countless nights, countless beats, and the unwavering belief that club music still has the power to move us, transform us, and connect us.

Singles: Already hailed by Vogue, BBC 6 Music, Resident Advisor, DJ Mag, Mixmag, Rolling Stone, Billboardamm., the acid-drenched, unstoppable set staple “The Realm,” powerful organ-heavy “No Division” (feat. XSALT) and racing techno vs Comma Dee’s rapping in “The Heads That Know” reveal the power and range of the 11 tracks.

Recent appearances, and ones to come: de Witte has triumphantly heralded her album with pop-up “city takeovers” – six instantly sold-out NYC shows in four days, a similarly successful 5 shows in 4 days London takeover, and a 5 gigs in 3 days LA takeover, including a street party at Race Service. She also made history once again as the first artist to open and close the Tomorrowland main stage on the same day. The ELLE Belgium cover star recently announced her Flanders Expo show for Feb 6th 2026, and added a second date (Feb 7th) at the 23K capacity venue due to huge demand. These shows will celebrate her 15th anniversary as an artist.
