Revelle27

Revelle27 is the new project of British DJ/producer Laurie Revell, who previously gained fame with “Just Kiddin” achieving over 300 million streams. After taking a break to care for his mother, he created Revelle27 to express grief, joy, and produce emotionally charged music. His sound combines club energy with meaningful storytelling, making dance music that not only moves people but also helps heal.

With his project Dance Music Therapy, Laurie embraces full creative independence, merging vulnerability with euphoria to transform the dancefloor into a healing space. He has released two new tracks, “She Was A Dancer” and “THC,” each reflecting his personal journey. “She Was A Dancer” is an uplifting anthem celebrating love, while “THC” offers a deeper, reflective experience, blending inner emotions with rhythmic grooves. Together, they celebrate self-expression and make the dancefloor a sanctuary for all.

This project marks not just the start of the new record label Dance Music Therapy, but a turning point in Laurie’s journey:

“It began as my therapy. I’d just spent 4 months in hospital with my mum, eventually losing her to another cancer, and I had this energy that I needed to do something with. Creating music became the outlet for my pain. I poured every emotion into my songs. I realised it was now my coping mechanism. After releasing a song called ‘Mother,’ shaving my head for the video and donating my hair to charity, I started receiving the most personal and heartfelt messages from people relating to my story, telling me how my music was giving them faith and helping them heal. I never thought my music could be that powerful. It made me realise the potential of what I do. That’s why I’ve started Dance Music Therapy.”

Nas

Nas, Ownership Over Clout, And The Blueprint For Generational Wealth

Shon Murdock

In hip-hop, wealth has often been measured in visible success, diamond chains, foreign cars, and sold-out arenas. But real power has always lived somewhere quieter, in ownership. Few artists have embodied that evolution more strategically than Nas, a lyricist who turned street poetry into boardroom leverage and transformed rap earnings into generational equity. From the […]

Solarstone And Susie Ledge Release New Single-“Haunt Me”

Tim Stark

Bold prediction perhaps, but we’ll say it anyway: “Haunt Me”‘s a one-and-done — the kind of record that locks you in on first listen and plays on loop in the mind, long after the speakers have gone quiet. In that instant catch, there’s a certain irony too, as, for the first time in his career, […]

Christian Burns

Christian Burns Releases Darker Days (Original & Avenue One Mixes)

Tim Stark

From the forward-looking, Jan-hopeful lean of his most recent single “Fall To You,” Christian Burns moves onto the slightly less sanguine sounding “Darker Days.” After all, every lighter yin must result in some shadowy yang, right?? Well not necessarily, as “sounding” is very much the operative word here, as once again Christian delivers the electronic […]

Ciaran McAuley

Ciaran McAuley Announces New Album “Finding Me”

Tim Stark

Ironically perhaps, owes its existence to a period of profound creative doubt on Ciaran McAuley’s behalf. After years of forward momentum, the Irish artist found himself questioning not only his own direction, but his relationship with music itself. At that crossroads, rather than forcing (what now only had the appearance of) progress, he chose to […]
